HP today announced that a growing list of organizations, including Office Depot, Pace University and Global Experience Specialists Inc., are choosing HP Managed Print Services (MPS) to streamline information workflows and manage their printing infrastructures.

HP today announced that John Schultz has been promoted to the position of executive vice president and general counsel, effective immediately. Schultz, who joined HP in 2008, will be a member of HP’s executive council and report to Meg Whitman, president and chief executive officer, HP.

StatWin is a comprehensive computer activity monitoring solution for individuals and businesses. It gives you valuable statistics. It lets you analyze how effectively you or your employees are using computers. The software counts aggregate operation time, average operation time per day and per run for a given computer or user. You can even view statistics for a certain period of time – day, week, month or year. StatWin collects information about applications launched, running time, close-down time, names of users. Office Library gives you the power to encrypt and store your Office documents in remote FTP server, and lets you view and edit them in your local MS Office Applications. Office Library will display a task pane on the left side, and list all the remote office files contaned within FTP server folder. If the folder is encrypted, you have to enter the correct password. Double click the file node, it will be automatically downloaded from FTP, and opened in related MS Office Application. When you do saving by press Ctrl+S, it will automatically upload the saving content to FTP.
